Introducing Don Ford:
Don Ford's most important accomplishment is that he is married to his amazing wife Jennifer.
Don is a Tulsa native, but moved away forty years ago, only to return in the fall of 2021.
He served on staff with KLIFE for five years in St. Louis, MO. Don co-founded and ran the Branson Bellhops; a hospitality business in the Missouri Ozarks, before selling it in the late 90's. He co-founded and served as President of Afterdark Ministries for 14 years. Afterdark was a college evangelism ministry that held the privilege of sharing the gospel with 400,000 students from California to Florida during his tenure of leadership. He served as a Director at Kanakuk Kamps in Branson, MO. Kanakuk has an enrollment of about 11,000 kids per summer from all over the United States as well as a handful from various foreign countries. Don served as President of KLIFE ministries from 2014-2020. KLIFE is a discipleship ministry for teenagers with 25 chapters located throughout the midwest and southeast United States.
Don currently serves as the founder and president of The Refuge. Its mission is to coach and guide business leaders to create a culture of kingdom building ministry within their workplace. Don also coaches full time vocational ministry leaders to achieve lasting impact and long-term health. He has a passion to help leaders get to where they want to be.
He loves Jesus, his wife, his dog, the Rocky Mountains, and a quality rib-eye cooked medium rare in his own backyard!
