What began as a living room peer-to-peer sale is now a leading franchise system with 2023 expected system wide sales of $50 Million.

Shannon also owns and operates Coal Creek Farm Jenks, a 15-acre property in Jenks, OK. The land serves as a go-to spot for local photographers looking for a scenic outdoor location for their shoots. Through this venture, Shannon's commitment to the community shines through as she offers this space, fostering local talent and helping families.

Shannon serves as a task force lead on the Membership Committee for the International Franchise Association as well as is a regular podcast guest and speaker for conferences and events. Starting January 2024, Shannon is honored to serve as a board member for The Pearl House, an organization dedicated to protecting, educating, and discipling at-risk young women in underserved communities around the world.

However, Shannon believes her greatest achievements lie within the four walls of her home. Married to her best friend, Mitch Wilburn, for 33 years, she is a proud mother to two married children and doting grandmother to three grandchildren. Shannon’s family serves as both her anchor and inspiration, propelling her to set an example of faith-driven leadership for future generations.
