Introducing Richard Hight:

Richard Hight is an international keynote speaker, entrepreneur, published author, and award winning fine artist.  He’s been featured on ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX media outlets.

His paintings hang in over 60 universities, and grace numerous corporate, government and private collections as well as museums across the nation.   He has produced commissions for celebrity college and professional athletes in the NFL, MLB, NBA and PGA.  He is a celebrated children’s book illustrator and an often featured guest on popular podcasts.

Richard’s faith is evident in each message he delivers —  filled with humor, hope and possibility.  His leadership centers on turning thinking upside down to re-imagine the obvious, unlearning assumptions and opening up to curiosity and not allowing expertise and experience to stand in the way of a growth mindset.

When he is home, the devoted husband and father enjoys riding his unicycle around the neighborhood spending time with his two greatest masterpieces — special daughter, Averie, and cool son, Coleman.   He is proud to be part of the Costco Executive Membership Club.
