Deborah’s experience growing up, living and teaching in the culturally rich environment of Southeast Asia have given her a unique perspective on diversity and inclusion and networking. Her cross-cultural childhood and adult years have allowed her a unique perspective on what it takes to foster successful communication, collaboration and interaction. As a speaker, trainer and consultant Deborah provides unique insight on successful strategies to create effective teamwork, interactive community and improved understanding across multiple groups. Deborah has over 25 years experience as a speaker and presenter at national conventions, mid level training seminars and strategic small groups. Her interactive, engaging and memorable sessions provide implementable strategies to improve the goals of the organization as well as to promote personal growth and development.
