The Regent Bank Faith in Business Series is was created to encourage business leaders to utilize out platform to live out our faith. This is a forum to help Christian business owners fellowship, network and share best practices for transformational servant leadership and to learn to better integrate faith into their spheres of Business.

Introducing: Ross Hill

Hill is the founder of Bank2 and served as President and CEO for 16 years before retiring from a forty year banking career in late 2017. Under Hill’s leadership the Oklahoma City-based community bank was committed to helping people "build better lives." Hill used his office as a platform to share his faith with everyone who entered; over 2,500 individuals since October of 2009. 

Hill wrote his first book "Broken Pieces-Nothing is Wasted," an inspirational book designed to give hope and encouragement to everyone. Through a combination of real life personal experiences, and those of friends, customer’s and acquaintances, he shares stories and truths learned over his life. His second book, “Fuel-Ignite Your Soul” will soon be available. 

Hill speaks about 40 times a year, he has over 50,000 people following him on social media and he is a published author, executive coach, culture coach, and the Founder of rah360, LLC. He is also a Director of GiANT Experiences, and Yedidim of Israel and Trustee of Mid-America Christian University. Hill and his wife Raynell live in Edmond, OK.
